Refund & Cancellation Policy

Course Registration Cancellation:

Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to a course will be issued a full refund.
Cancellations received within 14 days of a course will be given a 50% refund if requested via phone/email.
Cancellations received within 7 days of a course date are ineligible for any refund as instructors and equipment are scheduled based on course attendance.

For cancellations, you MUST contact the Training Center either by email ( or by telephone (202-741-2958) to cancel. If it is after business hours, you MUST leave a voicemail. Messages will be time and date stamped by the voicemail/email system.

In the rare instance a course is canceled by the Training Center, you will be contacted via phone and/or email to be reschedule or issue a refund.

Course Materials Refunds:

Course materials are non-refundable. For materials purchase and unopened (still in plastic wrapping), the Training Center may refund these items, less shipping and inclusive of a restocking fee. For more information, please contact the Training Center.
